Is Dining Delivered right for my company?

If you're responsible for feeding a team, hosting client meetings, or coordinating office events — and you need it done right every time — then yes. We work with law firms, financial offices, medical practices, and corporate teams across the Twin Cities who can't afford a catering failure. We've been doing this for over 30 years, and our entire operation is built around making you look good.

How is this different from using ezCater or DoorDash?

Those platforms are built for individual orders. We're built for professionals managing business catering. We don't use gig workers — our drivers are Dining Delivered employees. We handle large, complex, multi-location orders that consumer apps aren't designed for. And we don't charge surge pricing or hide fees. You'll always know exactly what you're paying.

What happens if something goes wrong?

You call us and a real person answers, in the Twin Cities. We fix it as fast as possible. This is the commitment that separates us from every other option — not a chatbot, not a ticket, not a callback. A person who knows your account and is accountable for your order.

How do I set up a Corporate Account?

Call us at 763.512.1212 or visit our Corporate Accounts page. Setup is simple. Corporate accounts come with invoiced billing (no credit card required per order), volume discounts, a dedicated account manager, curated restaurant and menu options tailored to your team, and easy online ordering for everyone in your office.

What does it cost?

Delivery fees vary based on your distance from the restaurant — we're happy to walk you through what that looks like for your location. The service charge is at your discretion, with 15–25% being typical. It covers driver wages, employment benefits, insurance, and our complimentary event planning and meal concierge services. Minimum order is $200.

How much notice do you need? We ask for at least 12 hours.

That said, the more notice you give us, the more we can do for you. Many of our clients schedule weeks or even months in advance — and you can place orders on our website up to a year out.

Can you handle multiple locations in one order?

Absolutely. Call us at 763.512.1212 and we'll coordinate all the details while keeping delivery fees as low as possible.

Can I save multiple delivery addresses to my account?

Yes. Add as many addresses as you need when setting up your account. They're all saved for future use.

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes. You earn points on every order, redeemable for Amazon gift cards. The more you order, the more you earn.

Who are your drivers?

Our drivers are Dining Delivered employees — not independent contractors. Pay starts at $33 per hour, and compensation is based on the number of stops serviced, not the dollar amount of the order. That means you get the same attentive service whether you're ordering for 10 people or 100.

What about drinks and beverages?

We offer Coca-Cola and Pepsi products, Pellegrino, LaCroix, bottled waters, juices, coffee, and tea. Need something specific? Just ask.

How will my food be transported?

In insulated food bags and cambros designed to maintain proper temperature throughout delivery. Food safety and quality are non-negotiable for us.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Yes — call us as soon as possible at 763.512.1212. We'll do everything we can to accommodate changes. If a restaurant has already begun preparation, some orders may not be cancellable and will be billed in full.

Do you keep records of past orders?

Yes. Your full order history is on file. Call or email us anytime and we'll pull it for you.
